Hi, I’m Beth.

A woman with long brown hair and glasses smiling in an urban city setting during daytime, wearing a black dress with a belt.

Better leaders create a better world for all of us. It's why I started Forest Road & Co.

My grandfather Sylvan always told me to be a leader, not a follower. I took that (maybe too) seriously, chasing leadership roles since I was a kid, and eventually building a career around helping others do the same.

Over 20 years of professional experience, including a decade in corporate HR building leadership development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and talent management strategies, and 10 years before that in nonprofit management, taught me something I didn't expect. What separated the managers who made a measurable difference wasn't technical skill. It wasn't tenure. It was the leaders who understood their own values, knew how they wanted to show up, genuinely cared about the people they led and utilized the support and systems effectively.

That's the work I'm here to do with you.
