The Leap is Forest Road & Co.'s flagship leadership development program for people who have recently started leading teams. It's a cohort-based program that builds the skills, self-awareness and peer community new leaders need. The curriculum is organized around three areas: leading yourself, leading your team and making an impact.
-
Yes. The Leap runs three ways:
Open cohort: about 20 leaders from different organizations. Your organization can send one or two people.
Partner cohort: an umbrella organization, network or association sends one leader from each of its member organizations.
Private cohort: a cohort built for one organization, such as 20 managers from the same company.
